The Diocesan Museum of St. Afra has been chosen to participate in the project "Digital Strategies for Museums" of the Landesstelle für die nichtstaatlichen Museen in Bayern. Over a period of five years, the project examined prerequisites, goals, platforms and instruments, dimensions of use, performance criteria, but also recommended resources and competences for the successfully operation of a traditional website and supporting tools such as newsletters and social media. Guided by Dr. Christian Gries, improved our colleage Dr. Eva-Maria Bongardt our online presence and developed our integral digital strategy.
